Github Submission

Hi Everyone,
It's exciting to be part of this hackathon. In continuation of my project, I would like guidance on how to submit it.
-> Is it mandatory to submit a GitHub repo? Will submitting a working demo/prototype, along with proof of my work, be considered for evaluation?
And would also request the organising team to share an email to reach out.
